Arresto Menor

Magandang Gabi po, nais ko lang po sanang humingi ng payo regarding sa lupa na pag aari ng biyenan ko.  details as follows :
1. Ang lot po ay nakapangalan sa in-laws ko
2. Yong biyenan ko na lang pong babae ang buhay at namatay na po yong biyenan ko na lalaki.
3. kami pong mag-asawa ang nagpagawa ng haws sa lupang pag aari ng mga biyenan ko at sa amin po nakapangalan ang bahay.
4. may 2 kapatid na lalaki ang mrs ko
5. nais po sana naming gawing collateral sa banko ang house and lot for family biz expansion, ano po ang maari naming gawing mag-asawa upang matransfer sa aming pangalan ang lupa at magamit namin collateral.

note : aware po ang 2 kapatid na lalaki ni mrs at ok lang din po sa biyenan kung babae ang plano naming mag-asawa since family biz naman to. maraming salamat po sa inyong tulong legal.

If by chance your family business is a corporation, why don't you try transferring the property not in your name, but directly in the name of the corporation? Once the property is owned by the corporation, then you may use it as collateral in securing loans for the business.
