Arresto Menor

Hello po, need ko lng po ng advice kasi ung kapitbahay namin sinangla sakin ung bahay nya. May written agreement kami including na dun ung monthly interest. Wala lang doon eh ung term kung hanggang kailan nya dpat bayaran.

Ask ko lng po if wala ba akong dapat ikatakot dun kahit na walang term ang kasunduan namin?

Additional info po, hanggang ngaun d pa xa nka bayad ng monthly interest since the day na nasangla ung house nya. And it's almost a year na.

Kaya po napa icip ako baka d na nya kaya bayaran lahat.

Ano po ba dapat kung gawin?
