I am currently working as a medrep to this certain company. A local based pharma industry. Been in the company for almost a month now. Yet, wala pa din pong contract. I am planning to transfer to another company run by a friend. Wala na po bang 30day notice if aalis ako?

Considering that you've been working already, it is clear that both you and the company are recognizing that you are an employee. Thus, if you will resign, you still have to observe that 30-day notice period if you don't want to risk being liable for damages.

So does this mean. I should still render a 30days, much longer than the actual days im with in the company? I started march 19 and i am filing for a resignation april 9 to be exact.
