Hi, nag avail ako ng Home Credit loan last October 2017- downpayment na nabigay ko is 3k for 10k loan so may balance na 7k which is payable for 6 months. I paid on time naman ako for the past 4 months tapos ngayong 5th month di ako nakasettle sa due date ko and I reached out to them via email, chat support and even answered their calls. Nagbigay ako ng earliest possible date na masesettle ko sila which is April 5th/ 6th. The problem is hindi sila natitigil kakatawag sakin, sa king mga references at the wee hours kahit Holy Week, Sabado or Linggo. It's like parang pinapahiya na nila ako or some kind of harrassment eh. Nakiusap na sana ako na itigil na muna ang tawag until the 5th/6th kaso wala pa rin.. ang kukulit nila. Tapos sinasabihan pa ako na umutang na lang raw sa kakilala.. may charges ba na pwede i raise sa kanila?

Sa kasamaang palad, kung considered na na delinquent ang utang mo, hindi ka pwede magdemand sa kanila. pwede mo gawin ay mag hulog ka sa utang para hindi na maconsider na delinquent yung account mo tapos tsaka ka magdemand. if di sila sumunod, dun ka na pwede mag reklamo sa bangko sentral.
