GOOD DAY PO !! , MANGHIHINGI LANG PO NG ADVICE , MAY NAKI-USAP PO KASI SA AKIN NA KAIBIGAN KO , NA GAMITIN YUNG NAME KO SA HOME CREDIT .. SA KASAMAANG PALAD NA-APPROVED PO YUNG LOAN .. ANG PROBLEMA LANG PO HINDI NA PO NAKAKAPAGBAYAD YUNG KAIBIGAN KO NA GUMAMIT NG NAME KO .. ANO PONG PWEDE KONG GAWIN ?? SINCE NAKAPANGALAN PO SA AKIN YUN LOAN ?? LUMALAKI NA PO YUNG INTERES .. PLS HELP !!!

Call up Home Credit and tell the truth on what happened with your friend's loan. Give them your friend's name para alam nila kung sino yung talagang dapat nilang singilin.

It will take some time for them to verify your allegations, and I would assume they will need proof of your claims. Make sure to have your conversations with your friend saved so that you can show it as proof.

Also, call up your friend who secured the loan in your name. Ask him to clear up the matter with home credit para di na hassle on your end.

Why did he use your name for the loan to begin with? It boggles the mind.

tatanong qoh lng po sana kung anung dapat gawin ksi po nag offer po samin ang homecredit ng cashloan which is 48k at ang pinatakan nya lahat lahat is 100k po ata at nkpg hulog po kami ng 5months and then hnd na kmi nkpg hulog ng 4months dahil nawalan ng trbho ang husband qoh nagpadala po sila ng demand letter anu pong dapat qong gawin..

Sagutin nyo yung demand reply. Explain your current circumstances and rework the payment scheme that works with your current financial status. Kung kinakailangan, magpunta kayo sa Barangay Hall para mag-undergo ng Barangay Conciliation measures with a representative of Home Credit. Ilagay lahat sa kasulatan ang mapagkakasunduan para binding sa inyong dalawa.

Wala naman nakukulong dahil sa utang since civil ang case of collection of sum of money. Sa criminal case lang may nakukulong.

Suggest mo dun sa collection agency na mag-usap kayo sa barangay para may mediator dun, usually yung barangay chairman or his other cohorts. Ang end goal naman ng mga collection agencies is to have the owed amount fully settled, kaya usually pumapayag sila sa terms na angkop sa financial status nyo.

Wag kayong pa-intimidate. Suggest barangay conciliation proceedings. It is well-within your right to assert that.
