I was reading through alll related comments here about resignation.
Yung case ko is wala po kaming contract signing during na regular ako. Now, ive decided na mag resign and so I’ve tried to tell my boss taht I’ll be resigning, he said hindi daw valid reason ko, but in anyway, he said, if I decided nadaw to resign I’ll have to render my 30day turn over. Di ko na po gustong bumalik dun. Di pa po ako nka pasa ng resignation, kasi sa law if mag papasa ka ng resignation you are obliged to the 30day turn over period tama po bah? At in my analysis kahit wla kaming contract na na sign, yung resignation ko is pwede nyang proof na ako ay isang employee sa company. So I’m thinking to resort for AWOL in that case wla po syang trace at sa company policy 5absences is subject termination. Yung plano ko is magaawol nlng and wait to be terminated rather than mag pasa bg resignation and work for toxic company for another 30days..
Tama po ba yung decision ko? Yung verbal po na sabi ko sa boss ko na mag reresign na po ako pwede ba akong makulobg?
