possible po bang tangalin ang name ng father sa birth certifate ng isang bata? the father who sign is not the biological father. the child is using the surname of the father who is signed and the birth certificate is already registered. what process do we need to do?

establish paternity between the correct father first through DNA test. once you have this you have to file a case in court.

pwede din iadopt nung totoong tatay yung bata.

Hello po.. hingi lang po sana kmi ng advice ng partner ko merun n po kmi 2 kids pero ung surename po ng dalawang bata s akin po ksi tuwing manganganak po ako wala po sya ksi dati ofw po sya s saudi...and then ngaun po nagpprocess po kmi ng papers para s kasal po nmin para maayos po ung surename ng dalawang bata..advice lng po sana kung anu pa po ang mas magandang gawin para s surename ng dalawang bata.. thank u po

after the dna test and case. anu ung mga mangyayare sa birth cert ng bata? kelangan bang palitan ang surname nya? pano if wlang magaadopt? saka kasal pla ung mag asawa
