Hi attorney goodevening, i was applying an NBI clearance for passport lastweek and the teller said that my name was being hit, But he never told me what is the reason why my name is being hit, and he said that i will be back in there office after three weeks, My question is, is it lawful that he just said that my name was being hit and never told me what is the reason why my name is being hit? , thank you for the response
