Arresto Menor

Hello, May kaso yung tatay ko kaso hindi umaattend yung mga arresting officer ma didismissed ba yung kaso? Last na balita ko 3 beses sunod-sunod na hindi umaattend yung arresting officer ilang absent pa kailangan para ma dismissed yung kaso? Salamat sa mga sasagot.

It depends upon the court's discretion. The judge may call on the other officers who were at the scene where your father was arrested, in lieu of the arresting officer's testimony.
