Pede po ba mahold sa airport ang may kasong unjust vexation
Nalaman lang po namin na may kaso po kami ng kumuha kami ng NBI
mag 2 years napo pala yung kaso wala naman po kami alam wala po kami natangap na subpeona or any noticr na may kaso po pala kami
pano po ba ang proseso para macancel ang case?

Good day po atty!
Please help po.. Naka received po ako ng resolution from the prosecutor that a case is file as charged against me po.. Yung kapitbahay ko po ay nag file ng slander and grave threat and the prosecutor downgrade it to unjust vexation. The allegations were not true and is the other way around pero nakapag file po sila and the prosecution see a probable cause.. What action should I do upon receiving this notice? There is no further instructions from the prosecution and that there was mo preliminary investigation. My side wasn't heard..

if you can show you did not receive a notice to file a counter affidavit, you can file a motion to re-open case.
