Can you please provide a link as to said news? As far as I know, 5-5-5 hiring scheme has been declared illegal by the SC in numerous cases, and that was way back our current President's term.

Maganda mag basa ka muna o makinig ka muna ng maigi sa mga balita na nasasagap mo. Ang temporary disapprove ni Duterte ay yung "ALL FORMS OF CONTRACTUALIZATION" na proposed ng mga labor group. Ito ay pag aaralan niya muna. Meron kasi mga job contractualization na legal tulad ng sa construction.. na pag walang tinatayong building or bahay, end of contract na sila (dahil project base). Pero yung paulit ulit na end of contract every 5 months ay tinangal na.

I have to agree with mikos23. Off-topic na yung post mo since old news na. You need to read the whole content of the news that you are pertaining to para may complete grasp ka ng ibig-sabihin ng content nun.
To reiterate mikos23's point, what was your main question to begin with? If it is about 5-5-5 being legal again, then it is still illegal as per the SC's ruling on numeruos jurisprudence regarding the matter.
