Sir/Madam
Last November i was hired and given just an offer letter from a start up financing company in makati as Credit Collection Manager (full time) with a monthly salary of 60k for 2 months probitionary period and 70k on the 3rd month if i passed the said period, but unppornately given the circumstances that its a start up operation, policy, standard, system and recruitment was also manage by as there is no standard policy and manpower for my department to perfom the duties of collection. Now i was just verbally inform by my 2 chinese superior that they terminate my service given that there are no results on collection? Also for your information on the offer letter “Unipeso financial technology company inc.,” was stated on the offer letter and found that during the process of my employment it was found not duly registered and that they are only processing the registration of the company under unipeso lending company inc., With this and information my goverment dues are also not being paid and that i want to know my rights if they did the rigth thing to me and if cases maybe what are the benifits such separtion fee details i will recieved?

I was hired november 27, 2017 with 2 months probitionary period, after that would my employment status can be considered as regular employee after january 27, 2018?

unless stated in the contract that it ends on jan 27, they did not follow the process. You may file a complaint sa nlrc.

No dates speific po sa contract i just automatically start my employment last november 27, 2017.. stating 2 months probitionary period. And is it legal po ba na without any formal notification or memo on or before january 27, 2018 After the probitionary period they just end my work service?
