Having an affair with a married coworker

Hi i have this issue with my employee.
Nagkaron xa affair s isang ktrabho nia na my asawa. Nung first ko nrinig yon..pinatransfer ko xa s ibang branch.pro nag tuloy prin ang relasyon.she even told me n hiwalay n dw s asawa ung lalaki.. whisch pinabasa nia mga messege ng lalaki n tlga kinoconfirm n hiwlay nga sila.. to make the story short. Nbuntis c gurl after 8 mos. Nlaman nia n d pla hiwalay c lalaki s aswa. He said d nia susustentuhan ang bata at tpos n ang lahat s knila.ung asawa ng lalaki panay ang txt ng kng ano ano s employee ko. As a woman i cant accept what happen to her. Can we make a move pra matagal s work ung lalaki?i just want him to know what he did was not just a play time. As of now nireklamo ng branch head ang empleyado ko at sya ang pinapatanggal which hndi ko po matanggap.. how can we make an apeal?
They work in an appliance store with diff. agency but same ng company assigned.

Few things come to mind,

1. its their personal problem, you should not join in
2. have them both removed so you will not have to think of any of them - just ask the agency to pull them out and assigned them to different company which they "serviced"
3. if you want to go after guy and the guy is older than the girl, you can report to the agency of malicious mischief and now harassment of the guys wife to the girl. the guy is at fault here because of moral ascendancy.

between this, #2 is the best option, to set an example to the remaining workers that the company does not tolerate immorality.
