Hi,

I got married without marriage license but we used the Family Code law stating that we are together for 5 years but the truth is we are together just 1 month when the marriage to place. In short we Falsify the documents for our marriage.

Can this be ground for nullity/void of our marriage? also how long with the process of the nullity/void will take?

No this is not a valid ground.

yes, it is a valid ground IF you can convince the judge that is the truth
