Good day po, my cousin's mother recently died and has an apartment business ( 3 units) leaving her 5 children wondering what to do to continue her business. They like to transfer the ownership to them but how since they are to share the business equally among themselves. Is this possible or legal? A reply with a step by step guide possible would be very much appreciated, thank you.

they should first settle the estate of their mother; better if with an extra judicial settlement. that way the property can be transferred to them.
