Arresto Menor

Good day po AttLL at sa lahat. May kaso po akong isinampa na nasa RTC na ngayon(estafa po yung kaso) pero paalis na po ako para magtrabaho abroad sa March.


Hindi po ako makaka-attend ng hearing at wala din po ako lawyer. AKo lang po ang gumawa ng Affidavit of Complaint ko. Maari po ba na irepresent po ako ng kapatid ko sa korte?

Kahit po yung respondent ay nasa ibang bansa na din, ano po ang posibleng mangyari kung sya din ay hindi umattend?

the case will be archived unless the accused already filed for bail in which case he should have signed a waiver of appearance. you do have a lawyer - the prosecutor.

yes, there is another way to preserve your testimony if you are leaving and that is through a deposition. ask the prosecutor about it
