Hi po ask lang po , divorced na po ako dito s canada at yung ex husband ko po ay tinatakot po ako sa philippines na kakasuhan daw po ako, kasi my iba na po ako dito, pwede po ba mangyari na pag umuwi po ako ng Philippines ay maharang po ako s immigration at di na makabalik po, thanks po

hindi ka pwedeng kasuhan sa crimen na ginawa mo sa ibang bansa. pwede ka lang nyang kasuhan kung magsama kayo ng bago mong asawa sa pinas since hindi kikilalanin sa pinas ang divorce nyo unless di ka na filipino.

ang bigamy po ba pag parehas nakapasok sa PSA ang marriage..what if ung unang kasal di na pa rehistro then nagpakasal ulit at un ang nakarehistro...matatawag po ba na bigamy po un

na dismiss na poh kasi ung unang demanda nya po at nag motion for reconsidaration pinasa nya oh lahat ng pictures,.salaysay ng ninong at ninang at pastor pero 2 years na poh hindi poh naparehistro ng pastor at naisipian ko poh na magpakasal at iwan poh ung unang pinakasalan ko poh dahil nanlalake sya nung time na nasa russia poh ako kumuha poh kami ng cenomar at single ang lumabas sa cenomar kaya pinayagan poh kami na ikasal..makakasuhan poh ba ako ng bigamy ?

yes bigamy padin yan kasi ang kailangan lang naman establish ay nangyari ang kasal. kahit hindi pa nairehistro ang kasal, valid ito.

?kz po hinanapan po sya ng PSA or NSO wala nman po sya na present....
