hi attorney may nais po sana akong tanong tungkol ito sa aking kaibigan ikinasal po siya nung una sa kanyang asawa sa huwes lang ngunit hiwalay na sila... at may bago narin pong kinakasama ang aking kaibigan nais ko po sana naming malaman pano po kung gusto niyang pakasalan ang kanyang kinakasama sa simbahan ngunit kinasal na siya sa una niyang asawa sa HUWES ma vovoid po ba ang kasal niya sa simbahan kahit ito ay sa simbahan naganap???

the marriage will not only be void but will also be criminally liable for the crime of bigamy

ah,so attorney kahit sa church pa magpakasal ang friend ko sa kinakasama niya mavoid parin iyon ganun po ba???

good pm po ask ko lang po legal advice niyo regarding my situation.Nagpakasal po kami ng asawa ko noong 2001 and later on nalaman ko na kasal pala siya sa iba sa simbahan noong 1998 at may anak na sya .Tinanung ko po tungkol dun sabi nya wala na daw pong bisa yun.Nagkahiwalay po kami dahil sa mga karelasyon nya at isang araw bumalik at nangakong magbabago na pero may bago n naman pala kung 2 marriage ang nsa cenomar pwede ko ba syang kasuhan ng bigamy nambababe pa din siya at bumabalik pa din sa min ng anak ko at di sya ng nagbibigay sa anak namin salamat po...

ang sabi lang po niya wala ng bisa yun pero di ko rin alam kung bakit kaya nga po kumuha na ko ng cenomar.Marami na siyang nalokong babae dito at pati sa abroad.May bisa din ba ang kasal namin under art. 34?Balak ko pong magsampa ng bigamy sa kanya.

If there was no court declaration that his previous marriage was null and void or annulled, he is liable for bigamy for contracting a subsequent marriage. You can lodge a complaint at the Prosecutor's office.

If the first marriage is subsisting, your union with him is void from the beginning for being a polygamous marriage.

good day. badly need your advice. my husband married another girl same month of the same year that we got married. He married the girl in the church earlier than the marriage we had which was solemnized by the judge. I have found this out when the NSO accidentally gave me a copy of their contract instead of ours. Our marriage contract was also NSO certified since I had also previously gotten a copy of it. Is our marriage void? What are my possible courses of action? We have two children.

your marriage is void due to a prior existing marriage of your husband. what do you want to happen?

The girl is texting me to stop using the family name.. I also wanted so when I knew of the problem.. How do I do it? Do I have to go to court? How long does it take?

can i file a case my husband even if I had knowledge of the problem almost two years now and have not made any legal action? can i demand full support for my two children?

you will have to get a lawyer and file a petition for declaration of nullity of your marriage. yes, you can still file a case of bigamy against your husband, and still get support for the children.
