my grandfather and grandmother have their own property, .. They have been left Six children, They decided to sell all the property and all they signed except my uncle who objected to signing an Extra judicial settlement stated in the extra judicial settlement that they are both heirs and sellers while I am the Buyer .... they did not sign their youngest child for the reason that they did not want to sell the part .... my question I have a buyer now with this property, Can I buy the five parts I bought when they were not signed by one of their siblings? ... thanks
