Good day! What should i do or what are the procedures of changing my surname to father’s name from stepfather’s name? Because my mother get married to my stepfather so she let me use his surname.

if you were born after they were married then you are considered to be the son of your stepfather. If before, you may have a chance with a petition for correction if you have the evidence to show who is your actual father
