What to do with new fixed period employees (6 weeks only) who insist to pay for their mandatory benefits themselves?/ do not want deductions/ have incomplete manda numbers (e.g no Pag-ibig)

First, if incomplete numbers, you should not have hired them.
Second, it is the employers responsibility to process their mandatory requirement. If they failed to do it, they might complain you with the said agency.

just for info, failure for employers to remit SSS carries prison terms if found guilty. Do not take it lightly
