Good day, may question lang po ako. Yung tito ko po kasi napaaway. Binato po sya ng hollow block sa paa kaya namatay ung kuko nya sa hinlalaki at kinailangan ipatanggal, hindi rin po sya nakakapasok sa trabaho dahil sa sugat nya kasi sa construction po sya. Naipa blotter na po sa brgy ung nangyari pero gusto po namin malaman kung pede kasuhan ung mga involved. Any advise will be highly appreciated po. Salamat.

file a formal complaint at the bgy and ask for a certificate to file action after the hearings. then you can proceed to file your complaint at the prosecutor's office

Opo done na po. Wala pa po summon ang barangay kasi daw po nag holidays. Ano po kaya pede namin ikaso sa kanila after nung sa brgy?
