Ask ko lang po kung pwede po ba icounter yung contract na na sign sa kadahilanang di pala nakasaad sa contract kung hanggang kelan or dapat mabayaran ung Property na binili. nakapag Earnest money yung buyer ng some amount of money. Pwede po ba ibasura or kanselahin ung nangyaring pirmahan. At ano po ba pwedeng gawin para po maisauli or ma forfeit yung ginawa ng buyer? Thanks po
