Question lang po, I need to file a position paper and I always thought that NLRC will assist me in creating one for me? or do I need to lawyer to create one for me?
So, ang question po is, sino po at pano gumagawa ng position paper?
My concern po, if in case you are wondering is backpay payment and 2017 13th mo pay
all meetings from dole to nlrc di sumipot ang employer
and last meeting I was advised to file a position paper on the said schedule.
So I thought that I just need to go back on the scheduled date and bring some documents?
Please help, and point me to the right direction.
