Arresto Menor

Hi,

I know that if the case I filed to NLRC for illegal dismissal is not resolved on the settlement meeting that eventually I have to produce Position Paper.

Technically, I can do it myself (I mean I dont need a lawyer for this). How about the sworn statements I plan to include in the paper, would this require help from a lawyer or is it possible na hindi na din. Cause I dont have the funds to hire one.

Any feedback will be highly appreciated.
