Hi dear admin. I wish to inquire if my marriage is valid. My husband is only 21 when we got married and im 31. He forged the signature of his parents for parents consent. We dont have a marriage license too. We are already separated for 10 years for our marriage only lasted for few months. And we never communicate with each other anymore. Now he have new woman and they have 2 kids. I want to file annulment to finally free him so he can marry his live in partner where he has 2 children. Will our annulment take long to be approved? You may file for a declaration of nullity of marriage on the ground of lack of valid marriage license (which makes your marriage void from the beginning).
