Hi Atty,
ask lang po sana ako mg advice regarding cases na file sakn. nagbenta po kasi ako ng hotel voucher na affiliated ng company namin pero sa mama ko in. nakuha ng mama ko as a reward kasi na-upgrade sya. nd kasi namin magagamit kaya pinabenta na ng mama ko since dec 31 lang sya valid. honest mistake tlga na nd ko alam. since sa mama ko ung voucher so iniisip ko pwede ibenta. may chace ba ako manalo sa case?

grabe ang mga case na finile sa akin. like insurbodination, conflict of interest and many more. halos lahat level for which is for termination.

at kailangan ko po magbigay ng explanation within 5 days. tho prior to that umamin naman ako na binenta ko tlga sa group buying site. pero sa mama ko ung voucher and i have proof po nsa mama ko tlga un. kaso nd daw un ang issue dun.. company property pa din daw un.

hi mikos23,

nagbenta po kasi ako ng hotel voucher na affiliated ng company namin sa mga group buying site. ung voucher po na un sa mama ko, nakuha nya un as a reward. since hanggang dec 31 na lang valid un at nd pa nagagamit. naisip nya ipabenta sakn. so knowing naman nasa mama ko un eh ibinenta ko sa mga group buying site. as per company policy bawal daw un. which is ang point ko sa mama ko un nd ko naman ninakaw or hiningi sa mga guests.

binigyan nila ako ng 5 days to file my explanations.

ung mama ko po nd empleyado ng company namin. player po sya while ako nsa company working.

let me know kng may info pa kayo na need iclarify.

kailangan ko po kasi sna ng advice anung gagawin ko for explanation. inamin ko naman po na nagbenta ako at wla ako balak ideny pero honest mistake talaga dhil nga sa nanay ko un so akala ko pwede ibenta.

if may company policy kayo na bawal kayo mag benta ng vouchers, maari nga na violate mo yun.

since umamin ka at the start sa ginawa mo, ang kulang na lang sa iyo yung "penalty" na ibibigay nila.
pero they still need to observe due process. Just answer the memo, and answer it in a nice way

hi do i have the chance to be exonarated with this case since i don't have any single bad record with them and working in the company for more than 8 years? i had an almost perfect attendance every yr which shows how loyal I am in the company.

or I will really be sanctioned for a honest mistake that I've done?

Usually a collaboration of both. But if you have been an asset of the company (if your department management team consider you an asset) then they will fight for your stay in the company, otherwise, for legal management, it can only be seen as is there a violation? and implement the penalty of the said violation.
