Employer Hindi Sumipot sa NLRC hearing/mediation

Arresto Menor

Nagsend po last month ang officemate ko ng letter from NLRC sa kumpanya nila for backpay/money claims (he got it after filing sa SeNA).

Next week, Dec 19 2017 na po ang mediation. Ayon sa HR staff ng company nila, wala daw po reaction ang mga bosses sa NLRC at mukhang walang pupunta to represent. Bottomline, binalewala ang letter.

Ano po ang mangyyari pag di sumipot ang employer sa money claim mediation? Ano po ang next steps?

Hintayin mo order ng NLRC. Usually bibigyan yan ng 2nd hearing.

Thanks sir. May time po ba na pabor na sa empleyado ang NLRC Kung hindi sumipot/sumisipot ang employer?

Kc matagal na din nilang nde pinapansin ang money claims namin. Lagi nalang next week or in 2 weeks time. Hanggang sa ito, magpasko na. Iuupdate daw pero wala pa din. Lagi nalang on processing.
