Hello,

tanong ko lang po kung meron na lalabag sa labor code

ito po kasi kapag late kami sa opisina meron po kaming decuction 5.00/per 1min sa salary and deducted yan every payday. pero aside from salary deduction po.. sa department namin kapag may late ka magbabayad ka ulit ng 50-100 depende sa dami ng late namin.. parang kasi ang tingin ko double punishment kami.. legally binawasan na kami sa salary tapos meron pa ulit bayad sa department namin dahil late kami

bawal yan. bawal mag penalize na lampas sa sweldo nyo. Pero ang pwede nilang i-charge sayo ay danyos. Kung sakali na dahil late kayo, nasira yung gamot/gamit/pagkain na binebenta ng tindahan/opinsina nyo, pwede nya icharge sa inyo kapag napatunayan dahil sa inyo kaya nasira.
