Hi I need advice. I got a rent to own house paid for it for 2 years (which the agent told me that it will only take less than a year), only to find out later on that the unit the Agent offered me from the beginning was given and sold to another and the agent is giving me a different ugly house unit? Then when I complained, the only solution they are giving me is to get a buyer for the unit I paid? Can't they give me my full payment back?

do you have any written contracts that the one your staying at is the one you are paying for?
