Question po...kung 8 years npo hiwalay ang mag asawa, tapos nagka access ang ex wife sa tablets, chats and messages ng husband, may legal grounds po ba sa former wife?

Hindi po sya ang unang pinakasalan. Pra po mkpunta ng dubai yung babae, nag process po sya ng kasal through fixers. Noon po, alam po nya n hiwalay na yung lalaki sa unang pinakasalan pero hindi legally separated. Napapunta po sa babae yung tablet, kasi sinasamahan nya po yung mga anak nila sa pagbisita sa tatay every weekend. One time po, dahil la pera former husband, nag suggest yun babae n isangla mga gamit nun lalaki. Dun nya po npakialaman ang gadget kasi po tinatanggal sa pawnshop yun passwords.

IMHO wala akong nakikitang mali kasi kung may basbas naman pala nya yung pagbibigay nung gamit eh bakit hindi nya nilinis muna ang mga sensitibong information dun sa tablet na ayaw nya Makita nun exwife nya.
