harassment by legal wife thru facebook messages

Hi, I'm new here... hope you guys could help me since I am already desperate. I had a relationship with a married man for almost 2 yrs now and I'm pregnant right now. We didn't expect the his wife will know our situation till now and she started harassing me on facebook sending messages, adding my family and friends, circulating pictures with harassing words, threatening that they know my location and they have already filed a case against me and anytime police will catch me... I'm already stressed out. Please tell me if I have a way out and how to stop these people from harassing me. I'm not asking for anything from them or to the father of my child since I could support my child. Please help...

You can file for harassment but its difficult to prove that since anyone could make an account on FB and send you a message.

Her husband/my child's father told me not to reply on any emails/messages but I am already scared ayoko po makulong dahil sa nakipag relasyon ako sa may asawa at nagka anak. ano po ba atty ang pwede ko gawin? makukulong po ba ako? babalik pa nman po ako sa trabaho ko sa ibang bansa pagka panganak ko. please help po kung ano po ang dapat kung gawin.

But yes you can be imprisoned if the wife files for concubinage
or you have to pay damages if she filed for a civil case.

It is the consequence of your action. If I were you, stop communicating with the father of your child and ask for forgiveness to the wife and that she may no longer bother you

just cut the communication. she need to prove na asawa nga niya ang father ng dinadala mo, just deny na siya ang father.

anu po b un civil case n puede i file sa mistress especially if the mistress have a written statemnt in the bgy office where she admit that its true that they have an affair?

If she really filed a case against you, that will include her husband, she has to file concubinage case against her husband to include you in the case. If she didn't file a concubinage case against her husband then she is just bluffing to scare you! But it is better to stay away from her husband now if you still plan to continue your work abroad. Close your facebook completely and if you still wish to use facebook don't use your real name in it and don't put your personal pictures in it. Keep it private not accessable to public.

Kapag napatunayan ang kasong concubinage sa asawa nya  kasama ka sa mahahatulan dahil obvious namang alam mo na na may asawa ayaw ka pa ring bumitaw. Kahit hiwalay pa sila mas matibay na ebidensya kapag nagsasama kayo sa iisang bubong. Hindi mo pwedeng ipakulong ang leagal wife not unless bumaliktad na ang mundo nyo tulad ng drama sa 'Two wives'

Bakit naman inamin ng mistress yun? this is important lesson for all of us. do not ever sign any statement in a barangay hearing unless nag-kosulta kayo sa abogado. lalo pa kung ang hearing ay ginanap sa place ng kalaban nyo.

Iniwan na nung kapatid ko ang lalaki. Habang nagbubuntis pa lang ito. Pede bang makulong ang kapatid ko din? Hindi lang ang lalaki?

Hindi ba pede kasuhan ang legal wife kahit ito ay nagbabanta na sasaktan ang kapatid ko at pati rin ang pamangkin ko? At nagpunta sa bahay nila at nagiskandalo at pilit pumapasok sa bahay nila.
