Arresto Menor

I was able to go and work in Canada this year but sad to say that my work permit was refused by the visa officer of Canadian embassy last month of May. I was confused and wondering wby they refused my work permit because the Canadian embassy did not emailed a request letter to the NBI so that the NBI will make a certification letter regarding on my remark as "no pending case". Kindly please advise me if anyone who have a possible idea to solve my problem guys so that I can continue my plan to go abroad. Thank you and God bless...
