hello lawyers,

is it legally possible to buy my parents a house and lot while married?
my wife has a big gap with my parents and certainly she will not allow it, and i'm then i'm the one working.

what steps should i do such that i won't be having legal trouble at a later time, say when we will separate?

It doesn't matter if you're the only one working, if you do not have a prenuptial agreement that whatever you are earning is your separate property. She has a right to know where you spend community property.

She can go to court and complain if she finds out.
