Arresto Menor

May tanong po ako nag loan po kasi ko sa isang lending corp. Noong july 2012 ng 24300 pesos weekly po ang hulog at alam ko po tapos ko na po cyang mahulugan. And then this november 2017 may dumating na letter na mag ffile dw sila ng case if hindi maiisettle ang balance na umabot ng 93536 nakakagulat po ang nangyari. Kung meron po balance umabot po ng 5yrs na walang collector o audithor na pumupunta sa bahay para mag follow up... pano po ba ang magandang gawin don? Nawala ko na din po ang resibo ng hulog ko sa katagalan po. Patulong po salamat
