Hello everyone! I'm so glad to find to this forum.So here's the situation. My grandmother gave my dad house pero the propertype according to the deed,title of the land is named under my dad and my uncle. My uncle dies 10 us ago,single,no kids as well.both my dad's parents passed away as well. Now my question is is my dad automatically the owner of the property? Also, my dad has 2 other siblings, do they have a share to the property? Thank you very much! Hope to hear from you guys soon
