Good day sir. Meron lang po ako tanong kung may pag-asa pa po ba na masingil namin yung utang sa amin kahit namatay na ung may utang. Isinangla nya po sa amin ung bahay at lupa nila kapalit nung pera na hiniram nya. Ano po ang mga proseso na dapat namin gawin. Salamat.

is the mortgage annotated on the title of the property? you can send a demand letter to the administrator of the estate.

How about kung may sanla ng namatay, then ung money trail thru bank nakapangalan sa account ng anak nya.
Ung details nga lang ng property somewhat di ganun ka detelyado, can we still get our money back.
