Arresto Menor

My son purchase a lot from a developer thru pag ibig finanancing. He has  paid the equity in full however the developer have not process  yet the loan take out from pag ibig and on that situation my son died due to accident. What is my legal stand point on this matter? The developer has not yet completed the processing of loan take out of my son property almost a year now when he died.
