Zero Net Pay Due to Tax Annualization - Need advice!

Arresto Menor

I have 2 employers for this year. When tax annualization was done in October by my current employer, it resulted to me having zero net pay. I requested for staggered deduction of the tax adjustment but was denied. Is there a legal basis to compel my employer to accommodate my request?

wala kasi yung sa first employer mo isinama sa backpay mo ung ibinayad mong tax so dapat itinabi mo na yun
