i work in a call center and was hired Jan-14-2008. It is stated on my contract that i will have a yearly salary increase which was followed during my 1st and 2nd year.
On my 3rd year (Jan 14, 20011) I signed the appraisal form, but as of this writing I haven't receive any increase yet, I followed that up already with my previous supervisor and my current supervisor, and the only answer that im getting from them is that they already submitted it and just wait for it, I waited for almost a year already and I am now on my 4th year, but no increase yet on my salary. So now im also waiting for my 4th year increase.

My Question Sir is, would there be a good reason for me to file a labor complaint?
If there is, what complaint would it be?
And am i also eligible to get a retro pay for the day that i am suppose to get a higher salary?

Thanks in advance

i dont have the contract with me sir, but based on what i've read and discussed by our HR Generalist
during our Orientation, we will have annual salary increase on our anniversary. the only time that we are not entitled to a salary increase are:
1. Failing scorecard 2.5 below (my Scorecared was 3.6)
2. if we have a corrective action of warning of suspension and above from the period covered(2010-2011) (which i dont have)

there is no statutory right to an increase, which is why i was hoping to see your contract clause. i would be surprised if the language guarantees an increase.
