I recently bought an old car. I got the original OR/CR but the seller forgot to give me the open deed of sale. I know that this car was not his, maybe he is selling this for someone. I've been trying to get in touch with the seller but unfortunately he kept dodging me.
Is there any way that I could transfer the ownership of the car without having the need of the open deed of sale?
