Ano po ba mangyayari f hindi ko sinasagot ang tawag nang credit card company or even the law office na mag ko-collect nang payment?3 months na kasi ako hindi nka pag byad..tutuo ho rin ba na kukunin nila ang properties mo in replace dun sa utang mo?thank you

hindi nila pwedeng kunin unless may court order sila. most probably ang gawin nila is magsampa ng civil case for collection tapos pag wala ka maibayad, dun ngayon liliquidate property mo para may maipang bayad ka sa utang.

Kakailanganin nila mag-file ng case laban sayo, at kapag napatunayan nila ang pagkakautang mo, saka nila hahabulin ang properties mo.
