Tanong ko lang po sana sa batas ngayon may nakukulong po ba sa utang na hindi nababayaran sa credit card? And if ever na max na yung credit limit may paraan po ba na pwedeng gawin para makiusap sa kanila ng repayment plans na afford ko? Sadyang na gipit lang dahil nanganak ako. Sana may makatulong po.

Pano nila mapapatunayang dinefraud ko sila? And pwede ko rin ba hingin sa kanila na wag ako puntahan sa work?

si CC company lang ang makakasagot nyan. regarding sa puntahan sa work, kung nakikipag communicate ka naman ng maayos at di mo sila tinataguan eh pwede mo request yan.

Ayun pala buti kasi sinasagot ko naman mga tawag nila at sinasabi ko ang dahilan ko.. pero papano yun kung hindi naman talaga ko ngfra-fraud sadyang wala lang talaga maibayad?

the just continue to communicate with the CC company. tandaan mo lang na kahit nakikipag usap ka sa kanila, tuloy tuloy parin ang paglaki ng interest ng utang mo. it will depend on them kung papayag sila makipag settle sa kagustuhan mo but more likely, they will not.
