My boss wants me to return to work even if i am still on maternity leave.i gave birth sept24 2017 but was on leave of absence beginning aug30. She insists that it is my accountability to look after our team while she's gone. Our hr office already advised my return date should be dec1 since I have 78days mat leave but my boss is still persistent and said she's going to talk to hr abt it so i can return earlier. Can i file a complaint against her?
