Good day.

Is there any penalty for an employer who only gives half of the maternity leave and the other half as a cash advance wherein employees are charged with interest? If there is, what is the penalty and how do one forward a complaint?

by law, they should advance full amount as they will be the one claiming the cheque from SSS..

cash advance with interest is definitely illegal.
