Good day! Tanong ko lang po kung talaga bang hinohold ang sahod kapag nakamaternity leave? o depende po ba to sa policy ng company?

If nakamaternity leave ka usually walang sahod, unless may company policy na paid yung leave

Good Evening.

Query regarding SSS maternity leave.
>Details:
August 15, 2016 - made sss notification thru company
April 22, 2016 - expected delivery date
September 27, 2016 - miscarriage
October 17, 2016 - plan to return to work (with Doctor's Approval-MEdical Certificate issued FIT TO WORK)

>Question: Can I state in my SSS Reimbursement request that my applied two(2) month leave, August 15-October 17, 2016? Will my company and SSS allow this? Valid and I can claim my sss reimbursement?

Ffup regarding above. Company is telling me to return work on October 17,2016. Yun two months leave ba should start on August 15 when doctor told me to rest due to high risk pregnancy or on date of miscarriage September 27? Company insists if I wont return to work on October 17, Ill be considered AWOL. Question is the company correct on this? Please advise guys. Thsnk you in advance😊

Start from actual date that you actually stopped working.
