Good Day po,

Ask ko lang po ano po ba pwedeng maging batayan pra makasuhan po ng estafa ? credible po ba na maging ebidensya ang mga signature sa kapirasong papel ? and diba ang dapat po habulin ay kung sino po ang nag issue ng tseke ? pwede po ba na ma hold going abroad if sakali nakasampa palang ang kaso and ano po ang magiging problem if umalis ? Thanks po ! and sana po mabigyan po ng linaw ang mga katanungan ko po na ito ... muli salamat po ..

it depends on what the evidence is being presented. depends on what those pieces of paper are. depends on who handed the check and why.

yes, you can be put on hold if the other side knows how to get a watch list order.

Thanks Atty. notebook lang po ng mga items ng mga pinabebenta po na jewelries after nakuha po nag sign po sya, my wife din po ang nagbibigay ng tseke but, as payment po nung kumuha ng jewelries sa pangalan nman po nung kumuha at wala po sa pangalan nya...gaano po ba kadali kumuha ng HDO, need pa po ba ng evidence or anything to grant an HDO ? thanks again po atty. and good day ...

if that notebook describes what was handed over and was signed by the wife, then it can be used as evidence.

once they file a complaint, they can get a WLO in about 2 weeks. it lasts for 2-4 months.
