Please we need an advise. Yung property na nabili namin is made by a developer. We are the second owner of the property and is around 10 years old as of date. We acquired it via PAGIBIG Loan. It is unfinished or bare. However nung pinacheck namin sa engr for us to finish the property, nalaman na substandard yung pagkakagawa. Meaning, yung density ng pillars is 15 AMP when the standard is 21. The foundation is only 2 hallow blocks deep. Can we file a case for this? may pagasa ba if ever? Yung cost to reconstruct the foundation alone is around 250K, can we recover it sa developer? Hope you can help.
