Hi, i've searching an answer for more than a year right now regarding on my issue with Camella Roxas City Capiz. I Purchase the unit way back 2012 and currently i am already on my 3rd year bank financing which means my unit was already fully paid with Camella Roxas City Capiz. I expected the unit to be handover or move in schedule was already 2 years laps. The issue was i didn't accept the unit during the 2nd visit due to low cost of materials which caused several cracks on the wall. And i think i have the right to make sure before acceptance of the unit. We communicated with Camella for many times even also emails send to them since last year. I also inform that my decission is to re-sell the unit but their answer was, they can't sell from their side since they still have lots of vacancies and also they added that in case i sell it from my side the amount would be the same when the first time i purchased the unit, so where's the investment they mention before when i purchased this from them. I believed that the value will be increase, right?

Hoping for your immedaite respond or any suggestion that i can do since i really want to refund my money.

Thank you and Best Regards,

Reclusion Temporal

I suggest you seek help or report your problem with the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) which regulates the activities/violations of these developers. They may ask you to file a complaint with them so they can summon the developer and penalize them, if warranted. This might force the developer to accede to your wishes.

also, you can sell your property to any buyer for any price you will both agree upon provided he agrees to take all the risks.

Again it is best to visit the HLURB/lawyer for proper advice
