isang gabing pangyayari nakakasaksak ang aking tiyuhin, namatay ang biktima,, at siya ay sumuko sa mga pulis, nakipag-areglo kami sa pamilya. at pumayag nmn ang pamilya sa areglo kya may hawak kami ngayon ng desistance letter. pero inakyat pa rin ang kanyang kaso sa judge..  
1. anu po ang dapat naming gawin?
2. may pag-asa po bang makalaya ang aking tiyuhin?
